Built in the 1970s, It is an Apartment Building that serves both as a business center, and an apartment building.
Elevator
The building has a Schlieren elevator, which originally had Drulux fixtures. It was modernized with Deltatek D21/s fixtures in the 2000s by an unknown company. Later, some buttons in the COP were changed with butkon buttons, and innerdoors were added. Other than that, the elevator is almost original!
Interestingly, the 6th floor's LOP is still original.
